Fette offers an extensive selection of structured training programs for personnel working in operations, maintenance, and technical support positions. Featuring comprehensive, easy to understand manuals and professionally-made, instructional video tapes that help our customers through operation procedures, these programs are conveniently offered at Fette America's Rockaway, New Jersey facility, or at the customer's facility. The programs, which can be easily customized to meet specific customer requirements, include:

Level-Based Training
  • Suitable for new hires or people without prior experience on the Fette press.
  • Successful completion of individual Level tests is required in order to receive Certification for each level.

Modified Level-Based Training
  • Available for operators with experience on the Fette press.
  • Levels 1, 2, and 3 (only) are presented with a refresher guideline. Levels 4 and 9 are presented in their entirety.
  • Successful completion of individual Level tests is required in order to receive Certification for each level.
  • Persons who do not pass are suggested to re-take the non-modified Level Base Program.
Custom Training
  • Specialized training to meet the customer's individual needs
  • Testing is not required.
  • Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
  • No Certification.

FETTE’s newest training innovation, VRTrain, is an interactive, three-dimensional training tool that allows your operators and maintenance personnel to train on your Fette equipment without requiring downtime on the machine.
